About Me
Jessica is a digital creative and an active member of her community. She has dedicated over four-hundred hours to various volunteer organizations. Her focus is with uPlan, a subcommittee of the Youth Planning Table for the City of Maple Ridge. She uses the platform to create events that help youth get involved in the community.
She is attending BCIT for Radio Arts and Entertainment. She’ll use the knowledge she gains to further her cause, providing education, and opportunities for youth.
Lights, Camera, Action
Jessica was crowned Miss Teenage Maple Ridge 2022 after competing in a beauty pageant. She learned how to perform under pressure while carrying herself with poise. She gained lots of experience onstage and on camera.
Film and Media Tech Fundamentals
Jessica has a lot of spunk and a passion for film. Learning how to use cameras has been a blast for her! Using all of the different shot types and experimenting has been an outstanding experience. All of the hours Jessica’s put in have made her very comfortable on camera. Allowing her to fully commit to the characters she plays. Contributing to class bonding while enriching her learning experience.
